Bookings
When you book an appointment, you're agreeing to pay the quoted price for the service. Prices are listed on the website. If your booking requires travel beyond 10 minutes from Emma's base, she will let you know the travel fee before confirming.
Cancellations
Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a 25% fee. This covers the time that has been blocked out for you that can no longer be filled.
No-shows without any notice are charged in full.
Payment
Emma accepts cash and bank transfer. Payment is due at the end of your session, though you're welcome to pay sooner if you prefer. Regular clients can set up standing orders if they prefer.
Health & Safety
Please let Emma know about any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy before your treatment. This is so she can adapt the massage to be safe and effective for you.
If you're unwell on the day, please reschedule. No cancellation fee applies if you're genuinely ill - just let her know as early as possible.
Your Home
Emma needs a clear space of about 2m x 2m to set up the massage table. She will treat your home with respect and leave it as she found it.
Emma's Responsibilities
Emma is fully insured and NVQ Level 3 qualified. She brings all equipment, premium products, and fresh linens. She arrives on time, works professionally, and maintains complete confidentiality about her clients.
Your Responsibilities
Be available at the agreed time. Provide a safe, clean space for the treatment. Let Emma know if anything changes with your health. Pay the agreed amount.
Suitable parking must be available at or immediately adjacent to your address for the full duration of the session. This means a driveway space, a guaranteed on-street spot, or other legal parking that won't require Emma to move her vehicle during your treatment. If you're unsure about parking near you, mention it when booking and we'll figure it out together.
If suitable parking is not available on arrival and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, the session may need to be cancelled. In this case, the full session fee applies.
